This website is operated by Pallets Liquidation. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pallets Liquidation. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and dimensions accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, or manufacturing variations. All product specifications are provided as guidelines. Confirm all measurements and specifications before placing your order.

As a liquidation and overstock retailer, some products may show minor cosmetic imperfections, open-box packaging, or missing non-essential accessories. Any such conditions are clearly disclosed on the product page. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the disclosed condition of the item.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our sole discretion.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, limit quantities purchased per person or household, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or unauthorized orders.

If we cancel or modify your order, we will notify you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged at the time your order is placed is final.

We accept payments through Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if pricing errors occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at liquidationpellets@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Refund Policy before making a purchase.

All Pallets Liquidation products include the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, modifications, improper assembly, or exceeding stated weight limits. Warranty claims must be submitted to liquidationpellets@gmail.com with proof of purchase.

Products sold as-is, open-box, or with disclosed defects are clearly marked and are not eligible for warranty claims beyond what is stated on the product page.

7. Product Use and Safety

Our products are sold for their intended use as described on each product page. You are responsible for proper assembly following included instructions, adhering to stated weight limits and usage guidelines, and ensuring the product is appropriate for your intended use.

Pallets Liquidation is not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from improper assembly, misuse, exceeding weight limits, or failure to follow product instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Pallets Liquidation and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

"Pallets Liquidation" and our logo are trademarks of Pallets Liquidation. All other trademarks, product names, brand names, and logos appearing on our site are the property of their respective owners.

9. User Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, submit false or fraudulent information, interfere with the site's security or performance, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to extract data without permission, or harass or harm our staff or customers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pallets Liquidation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue or profits, personal injury or property damage from improper product use, data loss or service interruption, and errors or inaccuracies in product information.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pallets Liquidation and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of this site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Alabama.

Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to contact us at liquidationpellets@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to reach a resolution within 60 days.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, supplier delays, transportation disruptions, government actions, or internet and telecommunications failures.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pallets Liquidation regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or representations.
